UO Library Catalog description: Beginning with a dramatized vignette of a romantic candlelit meal featuring frozen tv dinners, this film looks at the roles of advertisers, the food industry, fast food outlets and vending machines in influencing diet. Also considers the aspect of diet-related diseases, as several students are asked to report after reducing their personal intake of salt, sugar and fat by avoiding commercially-processed foods, to underscore the importance of proper nutrition and diet.
